Finding my passion in dentistry over 31 years ago has been one of the greatest joys of my life. I’ve cherished every moment spent interacting with patients, family, and friends, all working together towards one goal—a beautiful, healthy smile.
With many years of experience, I feel truly blessed and look forward to continuing this journey for as long as possible (even until I’m edentulous—a little dental humor never hurts!).

These three words sum up my life. I’m proud of my three beautiful children, my bold and supportive husband, and my two loving furry companions, Diego and Powder.

I am thrilled to have joined Dr. Shaw Dentistry this year! The positive vibe and family-friendly atmosphere make it a fantastic place to work. With over 17 years of dental experience, I find it incredibly rewarding to help patients achieve their dental goals alongside my dedicated team. Knowing that our patients leave with happy, satisfied smiles is what drives me.
Throughout my career, I've had the opportunity to work with specialty practices, continually expanding my knowledge and skills to provide the best care possible. Outside of work, I’m happily married and a proud mother to three young children. In my spare time, I love making memories with family and friends.
Michelle Lim
Hello, World! I focus on the technical and administrative side of operations at Shaw Dental Group, and I’m proud to assist a team that provides exceptional care and creates healthy smiles for our patients. I help transition our office into a more digital environment, ensuring our patient files are well-organized to support a more efficient and streamlined workflow for the entire team. While I may not interact with patients often, I do step in to answer phone calls and schedule appointments when needed. I’m always happy to help, but I appreciate your patience as I continue learning the ins and outs of dental care, as my background is in technology rather than dentistry. Outside of work, I enjoy amateur photography and spending time with my family, friends, and cats— Tiger and Leo.
