I've been afraid of going to the dentist, in general, after a bad experience in hospital many years ago. I finally summoned the courage to make a dental appointment and am so glad I came to Dr. Shaw and Carol! They are both top tier professionals, and equally friendly, patient, and respectful. They took great care of me and my 10-year-old. The office itself is very clean, modern, and well-organized. If this is your first time driving to this office, keep in mind the driveway is very narrow, and the building unassuming, so don't blink or you'll miss it!

Dr. Shaw is always well aware of what my teeth should look like and what they looked like last time. She has a great memory and makes each visit personal. Instead of relying on X-rays from my last visit, she remembers exactly what my progress was. The office is open during hours that work great with my schedule and I never have to wait to get something taken care of, no matter the severity.

I found my new go-to dentist! I recently moved and had to find a new dentist which is always a challenge. I found Dr. Shaw to be nearby and gave her a try. I was able to get an appointment scheduled quickly as I had not see the dentist post COVID! I was hoping for the best as I am cavity prone. I went in for my check-up and x-rays and was lucky to have just one cavity! :-) I was also able to get a follow-up appointment scheduled to take care of the cavity for the following week! I had the appointment to take care of the cavity today and was surprised at how well they schedule their patients to not require much of a wait at all! I was in and out of today's appointment in less than an hour. The entire staff is great and are very funny which is definitely a plus for when anyone goes to the dentist. Top notch dental clinic and will be getting my wife and two year old to come next! Thank you all!

Dr. Shaw is a gem, all my life I have been fearful of the dentist - I dread going for even a deep cleaning because I've been traumatized. It took me years to finally summon up the courage to go...I can't tell you how grateful I am for finding Angela Shaw. The location is great, parking is abundant and the office is cozy and SUPER clean. From the moment you walk into the door, you're greeted by a friendly receptionist. I love that her office does not feel like a doctors office and that the equipment are new and pretty high tech from the one's I've seen in the past. Dr. Shaw is not only professional, but passionate about her work. You can tell a lot about someone in the way they walk, talk, stand and other mannerisms. With great patience, she explains to me all processes thoroughly so that all my questions are fulfilled and I walk out of there confident and with less anxiety than the time before. If I can give Dr. Shaw a 10 stars...I would. She is professional, attentive, kind, honest and thorough and so is her assistant who is wonderful. Together, they make a great team.

Absolutely the best experience I've had. I was really nervous about receiving Botox in my masseter for my clenching and grinding but Dr. Angela Shaw was so informative about the procedure and what to expect! I was also very happy with my cleaning, and treatment.I didn't experience any pain or sensitivity during or after treatment. If you're looking for great place to go and have an amazing experience this is the place to go.

I visited Dr. Angela Shaw for some teeth issues a while ago as my original dentist is far from me. I found Dr. Angela Shaw from Facebook page, and after looking up her reviews, I decided to make an appointment to see her. Dr. Angela Shaw is really patient and professional. Immediately, she understood my situation, so she referred me to a specialist. I will come back to see her for my future treatment. The front desk ladies that work with her were also nice and sweet. I'm glad I'm seeing her for my treatment.

Dr. Angela is super friendly and attentive. When I first went, I had a whole bunch of cavities. She explained the types of fillings, lifespan of the materials, the process in detail and taught me the proper way to floss/tooth brush types. She never seemed annoyed or rushed with my questions. The staff is also very kind, professional, and gentle when working on my teeth haha A year later, I don't have any cavities! Now going to the dentist is not a scary/dreadful event.

Went to Angela Shaw Dental yesterday and I was greeted with kindness. My husband and we're assisted promptly. Alyssa helped us out doing X-Rays, CT scan and made sure we knew everything that they were going to do. She walked us through each step of the process. She also went over billing and insurance coverage which I found very helpful given my previous experiences in other dental offices lacked in providing details of costs coverage. Alyssa also made sure we got copies of our records and a CD copy of our scans to take with us to our Ortho and Endo drs. I am excited to go back as Dr Shaw as her and her team made us feel at ease when doing work. Also very nice and high tech equipment! Thank you again!

I just needed my annual cleaning. Went in and filled a quick questionnaire (receptionists were very nice!) and I quickly realized I was the last appointment for the week. Despite that, Dr. Shaw was very nice and calm! Her gentle demeanor made everything very easy. Throughout the x-rays and cleanings, she explained everything that she would be doing so that I wasn't caught off guard. I unfortunately had a few cavities, but she was very quick when she had them filled. She could tell when I was struggling during some of the drilling but talked me through it. It was overall a great experience. What really made me happy was I got a text recently from the receptionist Michelle, who informed me that my insurance had actually covered more than expected and they'd be sending a check for a refund for what I had paid for the fillings! I really appreciate the honestly and transparency here, and will definitely be coming back for my next cleaning

Angela was very attentive during my dental cleaning and very gentle. Definitely the gentlest and most thorough dentist I've ever had. Usually when I have to take new X-rays, there is a small level of pain from the sharp edges of the plastic poking in my mouth but my experience was absolutely pain free and very quick! Would definitely recommend.

Finally made my way down here to get my teeth cleaned (2 years overdue... My bad! With a new baby in the picture and COVID coming along for the ride, it's been a pretty crazy couple of years!) I was Dr. Eddy Sugiarto's former patient before he retired, he was seriously the best dentist ever (he's known me since I was literally a child) but then I decided to just stay along with Dr. Angela Shaw as she took over his former office. Fast forward to today, she revamped his former office to have it look so up to date, modern and really CLEAN! And I've been post poning my wisdom teeth extractions (my last two) that needed to go for the longest time... Finally bit the bullet and got one done today and just say that part of the visit was far less painless than getting my fillings refilled. Right when she was done, I thought she was still going to keep tugging it out, nope literally 3 mins or less hahaha! Only took maybe an additional 2 more shots of novacaine but I was good! Thanks Dr. Shaw for being basically easy going and accommodating with me being a little late with traffic and all!

I was a patient of the prior Dentist (Eddy Sugiarto) at this location. Dr. Eddy was a great dentist and I was sure he couldn't be replaced. I was wrong! Normally, I've never been very fond of going to the dentist. It's a childhood fear that hasn't gone away, but after my visit with Dr. Shaw, I think the barriers are coming down. She was attentive and supportive to my questions and offered sound advice to my dental hygiene and habits. She was kind and efficient and most importantly, was very communicative to help ease my nervousness. The staff overall were also helpful and sweet, particularly the front desk attendant as well as the dental assistant. Given these times of the pandemic, in-person appointments can be nerve-wracking but the team at Dr. Shaw's dental kept it clean, professional, and comfortable. I'll be coming again and again.

I was referred by a friend to Dr. Angela Shaw, and the moment I stepped in I was amazed because the place was so clean and welcoming. The entire staff was very professional, especially Riyan who was very personable and easy to work with. I've decided to make Dr. Angela Shaw my primary dentist. One of the many reason is because she is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work and that to me is very respectable. She was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. The technological equipment she uses is very modern and innovative. She was able to show me in detailed photos what was causing discomfort in my teeth. I would give Dr. Angela Shaw's office 10-stars if I could!I drove over 50+ miles to see her, and it was WORTH IT.This is the BEST dentist I've ever been to in the last 10+ years. It's really difficult finding a good genuine, knowledgeable, caring dentist who can explain why you're feeling pain in certain areas of your teeth & provide a step by step consultation on how they will treat the area.Not to mention, the office is SPOTLESS clean, the receptionist (Riyan) is VERY welcoming, and the technology she uses is very innovative.Dr. Angela helped alleviate most of my anxiety & fear in seeing a dentist!! My daughter took me to Dr. Angela for my denture as she was referred by one of my senior center friends. My friend said Dr. Angela and her dad are well known for removable dentures so I decided to come check it out since it's not to far from where I live. So far I love how the denture she did for me as it fits well in my mouth. This is my 2nd visit. Dr. Angela did my impressions personally unlike the last clinic I went to was by the assistant and it didn't fit well. . I lover her Very soft hands and I would recommend her.

Dr. Angela is amazing! I was referred to her by a friend of mine. I've been to a lot of dentists so I know if they are just trying to get you to do a service that you don't need or they actually care about you. Dr. Angela was so gentle and knowledgeable about my teeth issue. She explained to me what's the best plan for me long term and why. Totally different from other dentists I've been seen.
